Rock & Republic was an American jeans brand founded by Michael Ball in 2002.
The brand gained popularity for its high-end denim products and was known for its edgy and fashionable designs. However, Rock & Republic filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on April 1, 2010.

One year later, VF Corporation acquired the Rock & Republic brand and intellectual property. VF Corporation then licensed the brand to Kohl’s Corporation, where it was sold as a budget-friendly jeans line.
Victoria Justice Rocks the MTV VMAs in Metallic Chain-Strapped Pumps
There were plenty of shoe spots at the 2011 MTV VMAs, and we’re excited to show you one of the most eye-catching shoes of the night: Victoria Justice’s shiny metallic chain-strapped pumps. The young actress wore them with this just as shiny and equally metallic sequined mini dress from Theia.

A closer look at the pumps on Victoria Justice’s feet:

You’re right if you feel like you’ve seen these shoes on Your Next Shoes before. We featured them as the look-for-less option for Cameron Diaz’s Lanvin chain link platform pumps.
And as we said before, these aren’t knockoffs of the Lanvins at all but instead have their own original rock n’ roll vibe going on:

It’s primarily because of the chain straps, of course, but they’re still something to look at even without them (yes, the chains are removable):

If you’d rather keep the chains on but don’t want them going across the foot like that, you can flip the chains over and let them dangle across the heel like so:

It’s an ingenious design by Rock & Republic, don’t you agree? How about the black patent leather and pewter leather colors shown below?
