Brie Larson did not impress the fashion critics at Kering’s Women in Motion Awards during the Cannes Film Festival.
She donned a zebra patterned midi Chanel Spring 2023 dress and a sheer black cape adorned with delicate feather accents.

Styled by Samantha McMillen, the successful movie actress flaunted her feet in black Jimmy Choo Minny ankle-strap sandals to elevate her height.

Unfortunately, not all opinions on social media aligned with Larson’s bold fashion choice. Some Twitter users expressed their disapproval, with one person likening her attire to “dressing like grandma.”

Others described the dress as awful, lazy, and unflattering, viewing it as a tragedy. One user passionately exclaimed, “Stop putting those gorgeous women in those bad looks!”
Brie Larson’s outfit choice at the 76th Cannes Film Festival opening ceremony raised eyebrows. The Captain Marvel actress opted for a perplexing long-sleeved dress and a cumbersome silver and gold metallic tunic.

Unfortunately, the lackluster sepia color did not complement her role as a jury member at the prestigious festival.

In January 2016, Brie Larson was acknowledged for her hard work in the 2015 drama film Room as she received the Breakthrough Performance Award at the 27th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF) in California.

The Nissan spokeswoman made a stunning red carpet appearance, turning heads in a mesmerizing backless emerald green dress that beautifully accentuated her curvaceous figure.
Brie paired the dress with Brian Atwood’s “Oriana” ankle strap peep toes in bronze watersnake.

The actress was awarded the award by her adorable co-star, little Jacob Tremblay, and the director of the film, Lenny Abrahamson.

If your holiday parties aren’t quite over yet (we always get a bit of the tail-end around January), these metallic peep toes by Brian Atwood might interest you.
Take them to a classy sit-down dinner or straight to a night of dancing, and they won’t disappoint.
