October was a good month for celebrity shoes. We saw incredible footwear choices from some of our favorite celebrities, such as Stana Katic, Bella Thorne, Sharon Stone, Kate Beckinsale, Joan Smalls, Jennifer Hudson, and Hailee Steinfeld.
A-list stars stepped out on the red carpet wearing gorgeous shoes for glamorous events, such as Variety’s 5th Annual Power of Women, 2013 Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts Inaugural Gala, and Elle’s 20th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration.
This month also introduced us to the killer shoe collections of Ashley Madekwe and Nicki Minaj. Here is a rundown of some of the most spectacular shoes we saw in October but that have not yet been featured on Your Next Shoes.
1. Kate Moss Stuns in Azzedine Alaïa and Isabel Marant Boots

Kate Moss attended Rimmel London’s 180th-anniversary party in a dangerously sexy and edgy ensemble that consisted of a black velvet top, an embellished cape, gray leggings, and a pair of black suede platform ankle boots from Azzedine Alaïa.

Even her rockstar hubby, Jamie Hince, took a cue. He wore black from head to toe and styled the outfit with a printed scarf around his neck (a la Matt Goss, or perhaps Matt got tips from Jamie).

Kate was also spotted a few days later looking fabulous while shopping in Hampstead with her rock star husband, Jamie Hince.

The supermodel wore a Mulberry peacoat over a turquoise sweater, skinny jeans, and Isabel Marant “Sebay” ankle boots.
2. Kate Winslet Embraces Elegance in Rupert Sanderson and Christian Louboutin
The fabulously pregnant Kate Winslet was spotted wearing an all-black ensemble at a photocall for her film, ‘Labor Day’, during the 2013 BFI London Film Festival.

She sparkled in diamonds and finished her look with a pair of black suede “Elba” pumps from Rupert Sanderson.

While Kate’s exact black suede pumps aren’t available, the ‘Elba’ pumps in black leather can be found at Farfetch.

Kate was also seen looking radiant at the premiere of ‘Labor Day’ held at the Odeon Leicester Square during the 2013 BFI London Film Festival.

She wore a gorgeous red dress from Jenny Packham and a pair of “Ambrosina” pumps from Christian Louboutin.

3. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Elevates Lingerie Launch in Gianvito Rossi
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley launched her lingerie line and sleepwear collection for Marks & Spencer called Rosie for Autograph earlier this month.

For her big day, the supermodel naturally chose Marks & Spencer and wore a black cashmere top tucked into a black leather skirt. She completed her look with black “Edgile” pumps from Gianvito Rossi.

4. Karlie Kloss Turns Heads in Michael Kors
Karlie Kloss brightened up the red carpet at the God’s Love We Deliver 2013 Golden Heart Awards Celebration in an orange figure-hugging and long-sleeved dress from Michael Kors.

The statuesque beauty capped off her look with the “Barbara” ankle-strap sandals from the designer’s Fall 2013 collection.

These Barbara sandals are also available in black-optic and black-royal at Nordstrom.

5. Katie Aselton Exudes Sophistication in Rupert Sanderson
Katie Aselton was the best-dressed star at the 2013 Paley Center for Media Benefit Gala in a black Pamella Roland dress that featured mesh panels and gorgeous embroidery.

She finished her look with black “Harting” sandals from Rupert Sanderson’s Spring 2013 collection.

6. Lupita Nyong’o Dazzles in Christian Louboutin
Kenyan actress and filmmaker Lupita Nyong’o stole the spotlight at the premiere of her film 12 Years a Slave during the 2013 BFI London Film Festival.

She looked spectacular in a Christopher Kane body-con dress paired with “Paulina” pumps from Christian Louboutin’s Spring 2013 collection.

In February 2013, Naomi Watts wore a different version of these heels at the 85th Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon.

7. Saoirse Ronan Makes a Statement in Nicholas Kirkwood
Saoirse Ronan always makes fabulously interesting footwear choices for red carpet events.

The young actress was spotted during the 2013 BFI London Film Festival Awards wearing a stylish purple three-piece suit paired with Nicholas Kirkwood Fall 2009 sandals with black lace panels.

8. Joanne Froggatt Radiates Elegance in Christian Louboutin
Joanne Froggatt looked stunning at the 2013 BFI London Film Festival Awards in a black top from Hervé Léger tucked into a gorgeous ruffled skirt from John Rocha.

The Downton Abbey star finished her look with a pair of embellished “Artifice” pumps from Christian Louboutin.

Amy Adams also wore these heels with a Lanvin dress at the premiere of Her in Los Angeles.

9. Malin Akerman Keeps It Sleek in Walter Steiger
Malin Akerman looked lovely at the 23rd Annual Environmental Media Awards presented by Toyota and Lexus.

The Swedish actress wore a white figure-hugging dress from Christian Siriano and paired it with black suede “Spider” booties from Walter Steiger.

10. Hayden Panettiere Rocks Giuseppe Zanotti Heels
Hayden Panettiere was also in attendance at the 23rd Annual Environmental Media Awards. The young actress was all smiles as she stepped out on the green carpet in a black-and-orange long-sleeved dress from Georges Hobeika.

She finished off her look with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti Fall 2012 pumps in black patent leather.

11. Anne Hathaway Dons Prada for Two Stunning Looks
Anne Hathaway was pretty in pink at the 2013 Pink Party presented by Elyse Walker.

The Academy Award winner looked effortlessly chic as she hosted the event in a pink Spring 2014 dress from J. Mendel and black studded suede pumps from Prada.


Anne switched from a flirty pink frock to head-to-toe black at the Victory Fund Champagne Brunch Reception.

She wore a Fall 2013 black dress from Vionnet and a pair of black suede d’Orsay pumps from Prada.

12. Sandra Bullock Oozes Glamour in Jimmy Choo
Sandra Bullock embraced her inner sexy vixen at the 17th Annual Hollywood Film Awards.

She wore a black dress with a sweetheart lace bodice and Jimmy Choo “Denar” sandals in black suede.


13. Julia Roberts and Amy Adams Twin in Rupert Sanderson
Superstars Julia Roberts and Amy Adams were spotted wearing Rupert Sanderson “Elba” pumps from the brand’s Fall 2013 collection at the 17th Annual Hollywood Film Awards.

Julia looked chic in her Spring 2014 white Elie Saab shift dress with a floral print paired with the Elba pumps in raspberry leather.


Amy looked sophisticated in a white cap-sleeved, figure-hugging dress from Antonio Berardi and white Elba pumps from Rupert Sanderson.



14. Natalie Portman Keeps It Classy in Charlotte Olympia
Natalie Portman was spotted outside the BBC studios looking classy and chic.

The stunning actress wore a forest green dress from Christian Dior and paired it with nude slingback “Monroe” pumps from Charlotte Olympia.

We couldn’t find Natalie’s Monroe’ pumps in nude, but we did find them in black suede:

15. Taylor Schilling Masters Modern Chic in Louis Vuitton
Taylor Schilling looked pretty in head-to-toe Louis Vuitton at the 2013 Whitney Museum of American Art Gala.

She wore a black-and-white Resort 2014 dress paired with the “Oh Really!” peep-toe pumps in gray suede.

16. Krysten Ritter Delivers Sultry Red Carpet Style
Krysten Ritter looked sexy and sultry at the Who What Wear and Cadillac’s 50 Most Fashionable Women of 2013 event.

She smoldered in a black sleeveless dress with sheer mesh panels from Reem Acra and black “Cooler” sandals from Jimmy Choo.

The actress and former model also looked pretty at the Van Cleef & Arpels Bowers Museum Exhibit Gala. Krysten was lovely in a Spring 2014 orchid crop top and a retro-style pleated skirt from Katie Ermilio.

She finished her look with a pair of “Hydra” platform pumps in champagne satin from Rupert Sanderson.

17. Lady Gaga Pushes Fashion Boundaries in Winde Rienstra
Lady Gaga has been causing a stir while doing the rounds on the media circuit to promote her upcoming album, ARTPOP.

The pop superstar was spotted leaving her hotel in London dressed as a Japanese geisha in a structured silk dress from Lily Attwood and Spring 2013 white lego heels from Winde Rienstra.
