One of the most successful models in the world and known for her incredible height, Heidi Klum stands tall at 5 feet 9 inches (175.3 cm).

While she has playfully remarked in a TVGuide chat that she’s “5′ 9 1/2”, she confessed in a February 2005 Allure Magazine interview that she’s actually 5 feet 9 inches but tends to add an extra half inch due to the common practice of others exaggerating their height.

“I really wanted to be very tall and I was walking on stilts. I had to learn how to walk on stilts for a week and then again I did my own makeup and I had to match the suit again and put all that color on and then had sparkles. I mean, I had sparkles for days,” she said about her robot outfit for Halloween in 2010.

She showed off her model figure in a tight-fitting one-shoulder red dress, highlighting a low-cut effect at the back. She wore a pair of contrast black heels with gold-tone studding for additional glam.

Do you approve of Heidi pairing a sexy red dress with tough-chic sandals? The heels gave her some extra edge.

They’re made of black leather, with the main detail being the crisscross straps embellished with gold-tone studs. The double-ankle fastening straps are also studded, and the buckle closures are in the same gold tone. As a finish, these sandals have heels of about 4.5 inches high, enough to add extra inches to your height.
