Dressed in a chic black off-shoulder neckline dress from Rosetta Getty ($695 at Shopbop) and Loeffler Randall’s Goldy knee boots in python-print leather ($695 at Neiman Marcus), Kristen Bell stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show and told the hilarious story of husband Dax Shepard sexting with her mom.
“She sent a text message which said, ‘Be there by 11. Can’t wait to see you tonight’,” Kristen began the story of Dax’s flirt with his mother-in-law Lorelei Bell. “He meant to respond smiley face, smiley face, smiley face, but instead he responds eggplant, eggplant, eggplant.”

Often used in sexting because of its suggestiveness, she added: “The moment you add an eggplant emoji, the entire story changed.”
Currently promoting her new children’s book, “The World Needs More Purple People” (available at Amazon), she also talked about how her company Hello Bello is giving back.

Promoting her new baby brand, Hello Bello, the 39-year-old American actress/singer also styled an oversized Proenza Schouler coat, a blurred check pattern jersey long sleeve turtleneck ($275 at Shopbop) and a matching fatigue/golden green gingham skirt ($425 at Shopbop) with For Art’s Sake ‘Atomic’ amber sunglasses, Jennifer Fisher hoops, a DeMellier ‘Vancouver’ bag, and a pair of Villa Rouge ‘Baden’ suede boots.

In September 2015, Kristen Bell stepped out in Beverly Hills for the Concert for Our Oceans benefit held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
Seth MacFarlane hosted the event, which benefited Oceana, the largest international advocacy organization focused on ocean conservation.

At the concert, Kristen sang “Do You Want to Build a Snowman” and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”

Kristen Bell embraced the oceanic theme of the event by wearing an aqua-hued Etro Spring 2015 printed dress with a beaded lace-up bodice that put her cleavage on display.

She added a few inches to her height with cream cutout sandals and finished off her look with mermaid-esque loose waves and soft makeup — pink blush and coral pink lipstick.

The then 35-year-old actress wore the Christian Louboutin “Tiny” sandals in off-white. They are made of leather and mesh lace materials and feature T-straps, buckled ankle straps, and 5-inch heels.
