We recently featured some fantastic shoes from the 2013 Brit Awards. However, I am sure we’ll see even more stunning shoes at the Academy Awards!
Before that, the Film Independent Spirit Awards, a prelude to Hollywood’s biggest awards, was held on Saturday. While you might have guessed it already, the event is dedicated to independent filmmakers. This year’s big winner was ‘Silver Linings Playbook,’ which won four of the honors given to the best independent films.
Many celebrities were present, and Jennifer Lawrence looked particularly stunning in a Lanvin bodysuit with a crystal choker. Kerry Washington, who wore a Giambattista Valli Fall 2012 couture dress, also looked perfect in a very different outfit.

Kerry Washington donned a Giambattista Valli Fall 2012 Couture dress featuring a dark floral top and a lighter skirt. She completed her look with floral print Christian Louboutin ‘Sissi’ pumps and a blush-colored Bottega Veneta clutch.
Kerry’s style perfectly matched the relaxed vibe of the event, complemented by kohl-rimmed eyes, a neutral lip color, blunt bangs, and wavy locks framing her pretty face.
