The makeup mogul debuted her new neon yellow hair color at the PAPER Magazine x PrettyLittleThing party in Palm Springs on Friday, not forgetting to also share plenty of shots of her fresh look to her hundreds of millions of social media followers.

For one, was her gold PrettyLittleThing “Charlay” knit dress inspired by Kim Kardashian’s gold Gianni Versace knit dress? Her blunt-cut bob also seems to have been copied from older sister Kim. How did she feel about wearing a dress so short that it kept riding up and exposing her Spanx?

We also have to ask: why is the bottom half of Kylie’s face yellow? Could it be stain from the hair dye or is it (most likely) just the reflection from her sparkly dress?
