The American actress and musician showed she wasn’t afraid to wear something different.

“Custom @thombrowneny at the opening night gala of the #berlinale2015 incredible to wear such a work of art. Styled by my fashion assassin @karlawelchstylist,” Jena shared on Instagram after the event.

She donned a custom two-piece outfit by Thom Browne — a top and a skirt featuring floral prints, sequins, and a double slit. Jena chose wisely by pairing her eye-catching gown with a relatively anonymous pair of black patent pointy-toe pumps.

It was too bad that Jena’s makeup and slicked-back hair ruined an otherwise perfect look.
