Whenever Jennifer Lawrence walks the red carpet, we are usually wowed. The Dior-loving celebrity effortlessly shines with gorgeous dress after gorgeous dress. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case in her recent movie premiere appearance.
At the world premiere of ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’, America’s sweetheart surprised everyone with her dress choice. After her longtime Dior streak, it seemed that J-Law was trying to experiment with her wardrobe by ditching Dior and opting for a new label — Jason Wu. She paired her underwhelming velvet gown with a Kotur clutch, Ana Khouri jewelry, and Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ heels.
While the crushed velvet backless dress wasn’t that bad, it also wasn’t that great. And this is somewhat disappointing because we all know that the young actress has been on a fashion high since last year. Maybe she shouldn’t have ditched her beloved Dior!
