The 49-year-old “Amor, Amor, Amor” pop entertainer is this year’s recipient of the prestigious Michael Jackson Vanguard Award and also performed during the ceremony. She looked better than ever in a custom silver chainmail one-shoulder dress from Versace with matching metallic platform heels.
