The 28-year-old actress, unrelated to Natalie Portman, wore a dress that appeared to be made of two separate pieces connected by a form-fitting fabric in between.
The dress is gorgeous and unique, perfect for occasions like Fashion Week. It features a beautiful bow detail and contrasting black piping that is quintessentially Chanel. However, one glance at the dress and all attention immediately shifts to Keira’s unusually thin waist.

We suspect the Anna Karenina actress will again have her hands full responding to or fending off anorexic rumors. She’s had an almost career-long battle against these rumors, and this dress brings them back to life.
Thin waist aside, we thought Keira looked spot-on in this Chanel ensemble. She kept her look sleek and pared down with a Chanel handbag and gold-tone pumps.
