Kerry Washington sure loves scandal! Well, we’re talking about the hit TV show she stars in on ABC, but the Prabal Gurung dress she wore on the Late Show with David Letterman on May 6 also caused a stir. It is from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection and features a sheer skirt with a lily-printed panel, a draped top accented with a studded leather belt, and a deep plunging necklin.
We’re not fans of the lily-printed square patch on the skirt, but we love the Christian Louboutin “Pigalle Plato” pumps she had on. Kerry completed the outfit with a matching white Smythson ‘Chameleon’ clutch.

The black-and-white color-block pumps were enough to redeem the ‘Peeples’ star’s outfit. This patent leather pair is quite popular in Hollywood right now. We saw them earlier this year on Emilia Clarke and Heidi Klum. Also, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore them on the March 2013 cover of Vogue Spain.
