Although Paris Hilton is not pregnant and does not intend to give birth, she’s laid the groundwork for becoming a mother one day.
Promoting her new YouTube documentary on the LadyGang podcast, she revealed that Kim Kardashian West “inspired” her to freeze her eggs a few years ago.

“First one, we’re planning it already, is going to be a boy and girl twin,” said Hilton.
The 39-year-old American media personality is currently dating entrepreneur Carter Reum, a Columbia University alum who owns an investment firm called M13.
“When you freeze your eggs, you can pick if you get a boy, you get a girl, you get twins.”
“I have baby London, which is the girl, and I’m trying to figure out a name for the boy,” she added.

“So if you have any suggestions, I’m asking my friends. I don’t want a theme of cities, but I don’t know — it’s hard to decide. London for sure for the girl; the boy, I’m just still trying to decide on.”
“I just don’t want to miss that opportunity,” Paris said about being a mother in the documentary This is Paris, which was released on her YouTube channel on September 13, 2020.
“At least I have my eggs frozen. I definitely want to have a girl first, name her London, but I just don’t know when I’m going to have time. I will not stop until I make a billion dollars, and then I think I can relax. “I know that sounds crazy. I just don’t want to have to worry, I don’t want to ever have to worry about anything.”

“I had a really amazing conversation with Kim [Kardashian] about it,” Hilton said in the interview with The Sunday Times in August 2020. The ShoeDazzle founder recommended her own doctor.
“She introduced me to her doctor, and I was so inspired by her to actually do it,” Hilton said. “I think every woman should do it because you can really control it and not have that, ‘Oh my God, I need to get married.’ ”
“I’m obsessed with dressing them up and having a mini-me,” adding that she’d prefer to have twins “because then you get both [girl and boy] at once.”
In June 2014, Paris Hilton seemed to be enjoying the warm weather that Los Angeles has to offer.
