Mariah Carey was — quite literally — busting out of her dress at the 6th Biennial UNICEF Ball, held last Jan. 12 at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel.

The organization, supported by numerous Hollywood celebrities, honored one of their Goodwill Ambassadors, David Beckham, with The Danny Kaye Humanitarian Leadership Award.

Mariah Carey gave an amazing performance at the event, singing her classic (and our favorite) hits “Always Be My Baby,” “We Belong Together,” and “Hero.”

Before she belted like the song-goddess that she is, the 45-year-old walked the blue carpet in a Louis Vuitton gown that showed off all her assets.

The sexy songstress paired her revealing gown with Christian Louboutin “So Kate” pumps in drage glitter.

She also accessorized with a diamond necklace, earrings, bracelets, and rings. She really chose to bring out the bling for this event.
