Michelle Monaghan enjoyed a glamorous evening at the NYC Ballet’s 2017 Fall Fashion Gala held at the Lincoln Center in New York City yesterday.
The 41-year-old actress ditched the fall fashion theme, instead opting for a flowy and breezy Prabal Gurung Spring/Summer 2018 head-to-toe look. The warm early fall temperatures allowed the “Source Code” star to bare shoulders, a bit of cleavage, and lots of leg through the gathered keyhole bodice and thigh-high split of her blue-and-green chiffon gown.
Michelle polished her ethereal ensemble with breathtaking Prabal Gurung x Tasaki pearl drop earrings and a blue pearl clutch.

While we love Michelle’s ensemble from the ankles up, we find her white triple-strap lucite-heel sandals way too clunky and chunky for her look. Also, is it just us or do the shoes seem to be a size (or two?) too big for her? Just imagine how much more elegant her look would’ve been if she’d had gone with skinnier-strapped heels rather than those bandage-strapped and block-heeled sandals.
