The great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton looked dazzling as she attended the 26th Anniversary Carousel of Hope Ball wearing the crystal-coated “Falcon” sandals and a soft, flowy floral-print dress.

The Carousel of Hope is held every two years. From its inception in 1978, the star-studded event has raised over $110 million dollars towards finding a cure for diabetes. Proceeds benefit the Children’s Diabetes Foundation and the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes.
I really like her ’90s-inspired slip-like frock paired with these modern and sophisticated heels. Once again, I definitely approve of Nicky’s heel choice.

I think Nicky got it right with these champagne gold beauties. On a scale of 1–10, I give her look a 7.5–8.
She looked amazing, but Nicky could have done something more interesting with her hair or possibly added a bolder accessory. But as far as her heels go, they’re an 11 in my book.
