And last week, she surprised us once again by pairing her glamorous Valentino gown with a chain strap mini crossbody while attending the NYC Ballet Spring Gala:

Here’s a closer look at SJP’s mini crossbody. It actually looks like a clutch that doubles as a crossbody. Most women would probably do away with the strap for such a red carpet event, but SJP did the opposite – she wore it!
And get this; she did not just wear it; she wore it as a crossbody, as if hitting the gala was just another day at the mall:
