We expect designers always to be well dressed, and Alice + Olivia founder Stacey Bendet made sure she was the best dressed of them all at the screening of Austenland at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema in New York City.

The Alice + Olivia designer was striking in a black floral maxi skirt and a white top. She accessorized with a bright green leather handbag and the most gorgeous bib necklace we have ever seen.

We’re still trying to ID the necklace (if it isn’t Bendet’s own), but we could care less if she bought it at a thrift shop somewhere.
The necklace, consisting of large stones in different colors, was a great match for her equally striking maxi skirt, which features jewel-toned flora and fauna.
It’s really no wonder Bendet has consistently stayed on Vogue’s best-dressed list for two years now.
