Tina Fey, who reunited on screen with her longtime comedy partner Amy Poehler for a brief but memorable cameo in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues, brought newsroom polish to the film’s New York premiere in a look worthy of a real-life anchorwoman.

The moment carried a touch of full-circle irony — Amy Poehler had initially appeared in the first Anchorman film as a bank teller, but her scenes were ultimately cut for length.

That lost footage later surfaced in the spin-off compilation Wake Up, Ron Burgundy: The Lost Movie. Nearly a decade later, both Poehler and Fey returned to the franchise, this time as dueling news anchors in the sequel’s over-the-top, star-studded battle scene.

The Wonderland actress styled her pumps with a pink long-sleeved jacquard mini dress from Balmain. She accessorized with an embellished clutch from the same French fashion house, a gold belt, and XIV Karats earrings.
