Fashion enthusiasts and fans of the stunning actress Zendaya have been eagerly waiting for her red-carpet comeback, and she did not disappoint at the 54th NAACP Image Awards.

The 26-year-old beauty made heads turn with not one, but two striking outfits at the prestigious event held on Saturday night in Los Angeles.

Zendaya wore a strapless, green, and black gown from the Spring/Summer 2002 collection of Atelier Versace for her first outfit. The dress exuded old Hollywood glamour with its plunging v-neckline and vintage design.

The successful film actress also showed off a new hair color and cut for her recent bob. She went from blonde to brown and wore her hair in stylish curls that hung just above her shoulders.

Tom Holland’s girlfriend accessorized with a massive diamond ring on one of her glossy black-manicured fingers and a sparkling diamond bracelet on the other from Bulgary.

Later, she said on her Instagram Story that Shego from the Kim Possible franchise on Disney Channel influenced her ensemble.

Law Roach, Zendaya’s longtime stylist, uploaded footage of the actress posing in the elegant dress to Instagram with the caption, “Period….,” to the tune of Beyoncé’s “I’m That Girl.”

As if the costume wasn’t legendary enough for one night, Zendaya donned a different outfit to present an award inside the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. She handed Ryan Coogler the Outstanding Motion Picture for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever award.

The star donned a stunning one-of-a-kind Prada ensemble based on the Spring 1993 runway show for her modern chic look. She sported a white bralette with cutouts in the shape of stars and a floor-length skirt with a star pattern at the waist, paired with white high heels.

Her fit body was fully displayed when her midriff was exposed for the show. Designer Miuccia Prada assisted Zendaya in transforming the outfit’s original pants into a skirt.

Zendaya’s second outfit may not have been inspired by a cartoon character like her first one, but it was just as mesmerizing. She posted a vintage video of a model wearing a similar outfit on the runway on her Instagram Story.

The actress shared behind-the-scenes clips of both outfits on Instagram, including one of the Versace look in which a photographer can be heard telling Zendaya that she is “serving.”

Zendaya wrote, “‘SERVING SERVING SERVING’ whoever you are, thank you. You made my night lol.”

From vintage glamour to modern chic, the actress effortlessly transformed into a style icon with each appearance, leaving fans waiting eagerly for her future fashion statement.

Zendaya was nominated for two awards that night, including Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series for her performance as Rue Bennett on the hit HBO series Euphoria and Entertainer of the Year. Both of these honors, however, went to Angela Bassett.

With her absence from the Golden Globes last month, the night marked her first public appearance of the 2023 awards season.

The two-time Emmy winner was honored with her first Golden Globe for her performance as Rue Bennett, for which she was recognized as the year’s Best Actress in a Television Series, Drama.

She bested Emma D’Arcy (House of the Dragon), Laura Linney (Ozark), Imelda Staunton (The Crown), and Hilary Swank (Alaska Daily). Zendaya was not there in person, but she expressed her gratitude to the HFPA and her followers on Instagram.
