Rita Ora hit the stage at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend held at Earlham Park in Norwich, England, on Sunday. She rocked the crowd with her new single, “Poison,” from her upcoming second studio album, which is expected to drop later this year. The 24-year-old British singer, songwriter and actress also performed her number one hit, “I Will Never Let You Down,” which she co-wrote with her former flame, Calvin Harris.
Before singing the song, Rita told the audience: “You know when there is a song and no matter what happens the music still stands for itself.” Reports say that she was referring to her ex-boyfriend, who allegedly banned the British singer from using the songs he produced after their breakup, thus stalling the release of her second album.

The 5′ 5″ (1.66 m) British singer wowed not only with her performance but also with her rock-chic look. She wore head-to-toe Fausto Puglisi, which included a crystal-embellished and studded gladiator-style dress with long sleeves and a short pleated skirt that put her shapely pins on display. Her blonde hair was worn down, straight and parted in the center, while her makeup included her signature red lipstick.

Rita completed her edgy ensemble with a matching pair of boots from the Italian fashion designer’s fall 2015 collection. Her thigh-high lace-up boots are made of leather and feature gold and silver metal stud embellishments throughout.
