We all know that Karlie Kloss is incredibly tight with her girl squad, but did you know she’s pretty close with several fashion designers as well? After showing off her friendship with Prabal Gurung, Karlie Kloss was spotted kicking it with yet another high profile designer.
Karlie showed off her friendship with ‘it’ designer Brandon Maxwell at the Whitney Art party held at The Whitney Museum of American Art in Edison.

As expected, Karlie wore a chic take on a salsa dress from Brandon Maxwell. The georgette ruffle dress is from the designer’s Spring 2017 collection.
Karlie finished her look with Swarovski swan earrings and a “Kalix” spiral ring, a Judith Leiber pearl and crystal clutch, and a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti “Hester” patent pumps.

Bring on the ruffles: Karlie shows off her Brandon Maxwell dress
Karlie and Brandon actually have a history that trails back to May of this year. Remember Karlie’s 2016 MET Gala dress that had to be cut in half? Yup, that was Brandon rescuing the damsel-in-distress by putting a blade through his own creation.
The two co-hosted the event to benefit the Whitney Independent Study Program.
