But, after taking one quick look at the dress, we were instantly reminded of Rose Byrne’s similar dress at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival.

The 30-year-old exuded class and sophistication in this deep blue embellished gown from Derek Lam, which she wore with Effy jewelry, Brian Atwood “Tribeca” sandals, and a Rauwolf emerald gem ikat clutch in arctic blue and silver.

The 36-year-old opted for a comparable design by the same American fashion designer, who previously worked for Michael Kors before establishing his own brand in 2003.

Rose chose a deep blue dress that closely resembled Anna’s but with a high neck and a fit-and-flare silhouette for a distinct twist.
