Ariel Winter is very open about the fact that she willingly signed up for breast reduction surgery, but the “Modern Family” actress still has some killer curves. Ariel recently stepped out in West Hollywood clad in a figure-hugging dress that revealed a lot of skin, and we have to admit that she looked great.

The 19-year-old actress and singer wore a skintight white dress from Are You Am I. The dress featured a square neckline and a dangerously high hemline, and was completed by ribbed detailing and silicone piping.
Ariel styled the frock with a black leather jacket slung over one shoulder. She also added a pop of color to her ensemble with a red leather bag that featured a large red pom pom detail, which provided a playful element to her outfit. The star dressed up her feet in a pair of faded gray over-the-knee boots with chunky heels.
Ariel finished off her look with pink lips, pale pink nails and a silver choker.
