While celebrity charity events do benefit society, they’re also an excuse for fashionable and talented A-listers to break out the designer apparel and pose on red carpets.
Goldie Hawn’s annual charity event, Goldie’s Love In For Kids, held in Beverly Hills is no exception.
Brazilian-American model and designer, Camila Alves, took the charity event as an opportunity to put her boobs on full display.

Known for her curvy breasts, the 34-year-old wore a silky pearl Zimmermann dress that hugged her figure and flaunted her cleavage.
The ankle-length frock featured gathered fabric that fanned out from the torso and split into a deep V neckline.

The tulip-hemmed dress revealed a hint of leg with a center slit, and spaghetti straps showed off Camila’s shoulders.
“It may be heresy, but fake boobs are overrated,” her husband Matthew McConaughey said during a Q&A with People.
“The sexiest a man feels is right after the birth of his child,” he added. “A man’s never more masculine than right after the birth of his child.”

We think the revealing frock certainly made Camila stand out among the other celebrities present, like Demi Moore and Paula Abdul.
Matthew McConaughey’s wife accessorized with a pair of sparkling star-shaped stud earrings, some statement rings, and a diamond bracelet.
She wore bright pink lipstick and braided her dark hair back.

Camila finished her look with a pair of metallic bronze snakeskin “BB” pumps by Manolo Blahnik, which feature four-inch thin heels.
These fierce pumps added some impressive inches to Camila’s already towering 5’9″ frame.

Unfortunately, these exact heels are no longer available, but you can get a similar look from Tom Ford in gold at Farfetch:
