The film is based on the life of Louis Zamperini, a former Olympic runner who, during World War II, was in a plane crash, floated adrift in the Pacific Ocean for 47 days, and was then captured and imprisoned by the Japanese for more than two years.

For the promotional event in the German capital, Angelina sported an all-black ensemble consisting of a Huge Boss turtleneck top with matching Michael Kors skinny-leg tailored pants.

She completed the outfit with a stunning pair of black Balmain strappy heels.
