Jessica Alba Files $100 Million Honest Company IPO in Dear Frances Park Boots

The Honest Company, Jessica Alba’s consumer goods startup, filed for an initial public offering (IPO) last week as it plans to list $100 million worth of shares on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbol HNST.

The filing came after a strong sales year in 2020, generating a total revenue of $300.5 million, with baby diapers and wipes accounting for 63% ($189 million) of the sales.

Last week, it was business as usual for The Honest Company co-founder, who’s turning 40 on the 28th, as she headed to her company’s headquarters in Los Angeles.

Showcasing a perfect spring look, Jessica Alba wore a double-breasted peach blazer over a sage green tee. The Dark Angel actress tucked her plain top into a pair of olive green cuffed cargo pants styled with a silver-buckled brown belt.

The mom-of-three elevated her business casual attire with layered gold necklaces, including a Jennifer Meyer personalized nameplate necklace. She also accessorized her professional look with a gold watch and a stack of bracelets.

Wearing her tresses down with a side parting, Jessica further styled her look with gold-framed aviators and a matching green mask.
