I do a pretty intense workout at least six days a week. I do circuit training for probably an hour and 15 minutes sometimes an hour and a half. Sometimes I’ll just do cardio, but for the most part I find that it’s important for me to get some sort of physical exercise, even if it’s just walking for my mind.

She also collaborated with activewear brand Fabletics for a capsule collection that reflects her empowering style.
Last month, she posted a photo of her in workout gear from Fabletics to announce the release of her collection. She wore the “Eden” bra paired with the “Lisette” high-waisted leggings.
Aside from her fitness pursuits, Demi’s busy with her singing and acting careers as well. She has a slew of movies coming up and is set to release new music in the near future. Demi also continues to serve killer looks while out and about in Los Angeles and New York City.

She finished off her look with Sunday Somewhere “Valentine” sunglasses and the Elizabeth and James “Aaron” trench coat.
This coat boasts a point collar, long sleeves, a double-breasted button front, and a button gun flap. It also features a self-tie waist, welt pockets, a storm flap, and an oversized silhouette.

The former Disney star wore the Gianvito Rossi “Portofino” sandals in blush satin, which are available at Nordstrom and Farfetch.
These shoes feature slender toe bands, ankle straps with self-covered circular buckles, and an open-toe silhouette. In addition, they have covered heel counters, leather lining, lucite heels, and leather soles.

Demi wore another pair of the “Portofino” sandals while she was in New York City for her guest appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
