4 years after debuting her first namesake perfume in 2010, Jennifer Aniston attended the premiere of her latest film Cake during the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival held at The Elgin in Toronto, Canada. She was joined by her fiance Justin Theroux and co-star Sam Worthington.

The Horrible Bosses actress wore a black wool pleated skirt from Emanuel Ungaro paired with a Valentino top. Jennifer accessorized with jewelry by Jennifer Meyer and sported black “So Kate” pumps by Christian Louboutin.

“I wanted to create my own fragrance because for years I would make scented oils and lotions for my girlfriends for wedding showers, baby showers, and birthdays,” she told People in 2011 about her fragrance launch.

“I would create a personalized scent for them, so when I was offered the opportunity to design my own fragrance I jumped at the chance.”

“I wanted to incorporate some scents that I love most, especially living in Southern California, like jasmine, sandalwood, violet, and musk,” she added. “It took over a year to get the fragrance just as I wanted it.”

No wonder her perfumes all have great reviews at Kohl’s, an American department store retail chain!

Following the success of her first perfume, Aniston launched several new fragrances. J by Jennifer Aniston was launched in 2014, Near Dusk in 2015, Beachscape in 2016, Luxe in July 2017, Chapter One in October 2017, Chapter Two in 2018, followed by Solstice Bloom and Silver in 2020.

“Chapter One is inspired by the California lifestyle. For me, this fragrance exudes this sense of peace, elegance, and tranquility of home. I love the grapevine flower note, which grows throughout California wine country. It’s definitely sophisticated but effortless at the same time,” she told Allure in an interview.

Her first perfume, Lolavie (later renamed Jennifer Aniston), was produced by the Falic Fashion Group and released in 2010. The floral fragrance remains one of her most popular perfumes and can be purchased at Amazon.
