Millie Bobby Brown, the young actress who rose to fame with her breakthrough role in the Netflix series Stranger Things, has appeared to announce her engagement to boyfriend Jake Bongiovi.
The 19-year-old actress posted an adorable photograph of herself and Bongiovi on Instagram on Tuesday, April 11th, which featured lines from Taylor Swift’s song Lover.

In the black and white photo, Bongiovi is seen hugging Brown from behind while wearing a stunning diamond ring on her left hand.
She captioned the photo with lyrics from the song, saying, “I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all 🤍.”
Jake Bongiovi, the 20-year-old son of musician Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea Hurley, also posted a photo of the couple on his Instagram account, showing a different angle during their seaside hug and another snap of them gazing affectionately at each other on a boat.
He captioned the post with “Forever 🤍,” indicating his commitment to spending the rest of his life with Brown.

Brown’s close friends were quick to offer their congratulations.
Mark Wright, the 36-year-old former host of Extra, wrote in the comments section, “Congrats guys xx,” while Jessica Wright, his sister, chimed in with, “Ommmmggggg congratulations!!!!!!!!! @milliebobbybrown this is amazing. So so happy for you darling 🎊✨🤍.”
Even Holly Ramsay, the daughter of chef Gordon Ramsay, congratulated the pair with the message, “Congratulations 🫶🏻❤️!! Xx.”
The couple sparked romance rumors in June 2021 when they posted a selfie on Instagram. Bongiovi described Brown as his “bff” and added a heart emoji to the post’s caption.

They made their relationship IG official in November of that year, with Brown sharing a kiss with Bongiovi in a photo uploaded to Instagram while riding the London Eye.
She referenced the well-known tourist destination by adding a Ferris wheel and eye emoji to the post’s caption.

Since then, the couple has been spotted together at various Hollywood events, such as the Stranger Things season 4 premiere and the British Academy Film Awards, as well as in everyday activities shared on Brown’s Instagram.
During the Enola Holmes 2 New York City premiere in October 2022, Brown described Bongiovi as “pretty unbelievable” to ET.

In an interview for WIRED‘s “Web’s Most Searched Questions” in November 2022, Brown revealed that she and Bongiovi first met on Instagram and became friends before things progressed into a romantic relationship.
Earlier this year, the actress referred to Bongiovi as her “partner for life” on Instagram. She shared a collection of images from 2022 that showed the couple kissing in a photo booth, cuddling in a car, and enjoying the snow on New Year’s Day.

She also posted amusing photos of her friends and pets and wrote, “Endlessly in love with the year I’ve had! grateful for my friends, family, donkey (bernard), my doggies, my puppies teeth, and my partner for life. Here’s to another year with you and the wonderful people and animals around us 🤍 let’s do it again but better!”
Bongiovi wrote in the comments section, “Your year babe love you so much ❤️.”
The young actor also paid tribute to his fiancée in an Instagram post featuring images from their adventures throughout the previous year.

To celebrate Brown’s 19th birthday in February, Bongiovi took to Instagram to share numerous photos of the couple and a touching tribute to his beloved.

In the first image, they were captured napping together in the sunshine, while the others showed them having fun in the pool, taking silly selfies, and enjoying nature.
Bongiovi’s message read: “Another year around the sun together happy 19th to the girl of my dreams. I love you more than words can describe. Everything about you is golden down to the core ❤️.”
