Nicole Kidman gracefully reclaimed the limelight as she made a dazzling appearance for the much-awaited launch of the new Paramount+ series, Special Ops: Lioness.

Stepping out for the London screening on July 11, the 56-year-old Australian actress showcased her impeccable fashion sense in an all-black ensemble that exuded sophistication and style.

Collaborating with Julia von Boehm, Kidman chose a floor-length gown from the renowned French luxury fashion house Saint Laurent.

Designed by Anthony Vaccarello, this black halter dress boasted a minimalist silhouette that accentuated her enviable figure.

Her outfit featured a bold and eye-catching detail – a large key-hole cutout on the bodice that tastefully showcased her toned abs.

To add a touch of elegance, the cutout was adorned with a striking floral applique crafted from sheer fabric while draped detailing at the waist and a floating cape billowed out behind her, creating an ethereal effect.

Enhancing the allure of her gown, Keith Urban’s wife wore sheer tulle gloves that gracefully traveled up her arms, stopping at her elbows.

Kidman carried a black Saint Laurent midnight croc-effect leather clutch with gold clasp closure, perfectly complementing her ensemble.

The Eyes Wide Shut actress entrusted her hair to stylist Sam McKnight to enhance her captivating appearance, who fashioned her iconic blond locks into an elegant updo. A few fringy pieces were intentionally left out in the front, delicately framing her features.

For makeup, Kidman opted for a coral blush that added a touch of radiance to her complexion, perfectly matching her lip color.

Her choice of footwear was impeccable – a pair of black Saint Laurent Dita patent leather sandals that complemented her monochromatic look.

These pointed-toe heels, crafted with black fabric and a vinyl-like finish, featured thin straps that stylishly crossed The Peacemaker star’s toes, ensuring a secure fit while effortlessly adding height to her frame.

Nicole Kidman attended the movie’s photocall at IET London earlier in the day, showcasing a distinct look from her more daring evening attire.

Her daytime ensemble featured a relaxed-fit Maximilian Davis-designed suit for Ferragamo‘s Resort 2024 collection, complete with a gray single-breasted collarless jacket and a white undershirt paired with narrow straight-leg trousers.

Leather, glossy pointed-toe boots from the same Italian luxury brand perfectly complemented the power suit. Kidman accessorized with silver rings and pearl earrings from Mikimoto, adding the perfect finishing touches to this elegant and chic ensemble.

What Is Special Ops: Lioness About?

Special Ops: Lioness is an upcoming television show that follows the multi-layered operations of a team deploying women as undercover operatives.

Written by acclaimed filmmaker Taylor Sheridan, known for his westerns like Yellowstone and 1923, the show marks a shift in the genre as he collaborates with a star-studded cast including Nicole Kidman, Zoe Saldaña, Morgan Freeman, Laysla de Oliveira, and Michael Kelly.

In the series, Kidman serves as an executive producer and takes on the role of Kaitlyn Meade, the CIA’s senior supervisor. She joins forces with the aggressive Marine Raider Cruz, portrayed by Laysla De Oliveira, in a high-stakes undercover mission to thwart a terrorist organization.

The stellar cast includes Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, LaMonica Garrett, James Jordan, Austin Hébert, Jonah Wharton, Stephanie Nur, and Hannah Love Lanier.

This espionage thriller will premiere on July 23, with the first two episodes exclusively available on Paramount+. Subsequently, a new episode will be released each week, with the series finale scheduled for September 3.
