Update: Nina Dobrev won the “Favorite Onscreen Chemistry” honor with Ian Somerhalder for the relationship between their ‘The Vampire Diaries’ characters, Elena Gilbert and Damon Salvatore.
The 24-year-old actress hit the red carpet at the 2014 People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday along with other celebrities, including Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs. Nominated for Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actress for her work on The Vampire Diaries, Nina mixed glamor and luxury in a long-sleeve dress from the Jenny Packham Fall 2013 collection.
The form-fitting sequin dress was styled with a Rauwolf emerald-cut gemstone clutch and Charlotte Olympia “Tokyo” platform sandals in metallic silver, which unfortunately just sold out at Neiman Marcus.
Julianne Moore made this pair famous early last year when she caused what is now known as the infamous shoe disaster in Cannes. Two years later, Jennifer Lopez wore the ‘Tokyo’ sandals to the InStyle And Warner Bros. Party held following the 2016 Golden Globe Awards.

Last month, we spotted Nina at the 2013 TrevorLIVE LA event held at the Hollywood Palladium. She donned a $7,400 blue sleeveless gown from the Elie Saab spring 2013 collection featuring a lace bodice, a pointy collar, and button detailing. The young actress accessorized with her Raowolf clutch, jewelry from Swarovski and John Hardy, and a gorgeous pair of Rupert Sanderson “Ophelia” Mary Jane sandals (black patent version available at Nordstrom).
