Paris Hilton may be four years away from 40, but the gal still knows how to party like a teenager. The heiress went from Tape nightclub with Sofia Richie to another location with P. Diddy in just one night. She switched from party mode to work mode the next day as she left the May Fair Hotel to help the #Savethe21 campaign of Dog Tales Rescue.

The business maven taped a PSA for the organization to protest the euthanization of 21 dogs rescued from fighting in Ontario, Canada alongside her canine co-stars, King and Khaleesi. She even shared a photo with her doggie pal on Instagram.

Paris looked sweet and professional for the occasion in a black mini dress with white piping paired with black tights. The 36-year-old cinched her waist with a thick, embellished belt that flaunted floral details.

The socialite paired her dress with Cesare Paciotti’s “Sveva” booties in black leather. The pointy-toe boots feature unique lace-ups on the side and a zipper fastening on the opposite end. She completed her chic ensemble with a black leather sling bag.
