Jennifer Garner has been busy with the renovation of her Brentwood Park home, which she bought for about $8 million in 2018. It’s the first home she purchased since her divorce from her ex-husband Ben Affleck that same year.
The mom-of-three previously owned a Pacific Palisades mansion, which she shared with Ben for nearly a decade.
Following their divorce, the pair sold the house for about $32 million to Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his model wife Behati Prinsloo.
Last week, Jennifer enjoyed some free time and caught up with a friend while walking around her Brentwood neighborhood.

Showing her rainy-day style, the 48-year-old actress donned a yellow jacket, which brightened up the rather gloomy weather. She opted for a Point Five jacket from outdoor apparel giant The North Face.
Jennifer teamed the look with a black turtleneck sweater and form-fitting navy leggings.

Holding a cup of coffee in one hand, Jennifer stepped out bare-faced and with her brown hair casually tied into a bun.
The 13 Going on 30 actress also donned a black face mask to help slow down the spread of COVID-19.

A pair of Brooks Levitate 4 sneakers rounded out her athleisure look.
These lightweight running shoes feature a breathable fit knit upper, a wraparound integrated collar, a DNA AMP midsole, and a durable rubber outsole with a flexible arrow-point pattern.

On Thursday last week, Jennifer was spotted checking on the construction and progress of her Brentwood home.
The Pearl Harbour nurse opted for a blue ribbed zipped-up cardigan, worn over a white tee and paired with blue mom jeans.

Wearing her natural tresses down, Jennifer accessorized her look with a long pendant necklace and a pair of stud earrings.
She carried her belongings in a gray Celine Cabas Phantom tote and stayed safe with a denim face mask.

To finish off her look, Jennifer wore a pair of Veja SDU sneakers in a two-tone blue colorway.
Made from sustainably-sourced materials, these patchwork sneakers feature Alveomesh, vegan suede, coated canvas, and rubber and rice waste upper. They also have sugarcane midsoles and insoles and Amazonian rubber and rice waste outsoles.

Jennifer was again seen visiting the construction site of her new home early in January. For the outing, she wore a navy blue crewneck long-sleeved sweatshirt paired with navy Alo Yoga leggings.
She styled the look with the same pendant necklace, denim face mask, and Celine bag, and added a pair of Jacques Marie Mage eyeglasses.
Pulling her hair back into a ponytail, Jennifer completed her casual ensemble with her favorite Brooks sneakers.
