We’ve already shown you the ten best-dressed celebrities at the Met Gala. However, not everyone could be a winner. Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, and Kim Kardashian failed in tacky dresses that revealed too much.
Here are ten more stars who disappointed at this year’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit, which celebrated the opening of China: Through the Looking Glass exhibition.
1. Kris Jenner in Balmain

The 59-year-old American television personality donned a sloppy Balmain dress and accessorized with tacky gold earrings. She completed the ensemble with a pair of Balmain cap-toe pumps.

2. Sarah Jessica Parker in H&M
The 50-year-old actress, producer, and model helped design her one-shoulder H&M gown, which featured red flowers and a tapestry-style runner.

She tried to make the outfit interesting by wearing a massive flaming red headpiece by Philip Treacy, but the attempt fell flat.
Unfortunately, we could not see her shoes, though reports indicate she sported a pair from her eponymous shoe line. To complete the outfit, SJP accessorized with a Fendi bag and jewelry by Jennifer Fisher, Cindy Chao, and Fred Leighton.

3. Katy Perry in Moschino
Wearing an ensemble from the Moschino Fall 2015 runway, the 30-year-old American singer, songwriter, and actress unfortunately looked disastrous.

We found the elbow-length graffiti gloves unappealing, and the excessive ruffles only made it worse. Hopefully, next time Katy will embrace the theme without going overboard.

4. Elizabeth Banks in Michael Kors
The 41-year-old American actress, producer, and director looked completely out of place in a wrinkled cutout gown by Michael Kors.

She styled the teal blue dress with a Lee Savage “Infinity Space” clutch, Charlotte Olympia heels, a Delfina Delettrez necklace, a Kara Ross ring, a Melissa Kaye Jewelry ring, and Jennifer Fisher Jewelry earrings.

5. Solange Knowles in Giles

At least Jay Z must have felt safe when he spotted his 28-year-old sister-in-law in this sculpted gown from the Giles Fall 2015 collection featuring a holographic print.

It looked like Solange struggled to be seen behind her fan-shaped dress that she styled with Christian Louboutin shoes and Cartier jewelry.

6. Chloë Sevigny In J.W. Anderson
We wonder if the 40-year-old American actress, fashion designer, and former model looked herself in the mirror before heading out in this catastrophic custom front-slit gown by J.W. Anderson featuring mixed embroidery and tapestry.

It did not help that she went completely overboard with the jewelry.

7. Alicia Keys In Jean Paul Gaultier Couture
The 34-year-old American singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress donned a remarkably boring Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2015 Couture ensemble featuring a dark-blue blazer, a cropped bra top, and a sheer tulle, tiered princess skirt.

One day Alicia will look back and wonder what the heck she was thinking.

8. Selena Gomez in Vera Wang
Justin Bieber’s 22-year-old ex-girlfriend came dressed in a white custom cutout gown by Vera Wang featuring a long train and black tassels at the back.

She styled the unflattering dress with a floral headpiece and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

9. Dakota Johnson in Chanel Couture
The 25-year-old American Fifty Shades of Grey actress and model looked like she had showed up at the wrong party in a glitzy, cheap-looking mini dress from the Chanel Fall 2013 Couture collection.

She carried a limited-edition Chanel Matryoshka bag from the Paris-Moscow Pre-Fall 2009 collection and accessorized with Chanel Fine Jewelry earrings.

10. Kendall Jenner in Calvin Klein
The 19-year-old American fashion model and television personality joined her mother and older half-sister on the red carpet in a jade-green dress from the Calvin Klein Collection featuring strappy side cutout details.

She styled the crystal-encrusted dress with black glitter evening sandals and Chopard jewelry.
