Casting director Francine Maisler stepped onto the 2026 Actor Awards red carpet in head-to-toe Jacquemus, and I have to admit, my eyes went straight to her shoes. She wore the Jacquemus “The Low Duelo” slingbacks in dark khaki tanned eel leather, and the texture alone made them stand out.

The pointed toes were detailed with the brand’s signature Rond-Carré accents, featuring circular and square patches that gave the design a cool, graphic twist, nodding to the Art Deco era.

It featured a curved hip yoke, finished with a flared hem lined with oversized leather-covered balls and long leather tassels that swayed as she walked, giving the look a fun, slightly unexpected edge.
