We’re used to seeing Brooklyn Decker in figure-hugging frocks that flaunt her curves, so we were pleasantly surprised to find the model-turned-actress don a pantsuit when she attended Vanity Fair’s Oscar Party last month.

It seems she enjoyed that suit immensely because she decided to wear another set on her way to the Ed Sullivan Theater for her appearance on Late Show with David Letterman yesterday. This time, she selected an outfit from the The Row Resort 2014 collection.
While Brooke looked exceptionally sexy in her cream-colored separates last March, the “preliminary outfit” she chose for her gig with Letterman wasn’t exactly as flattering. The cropped trousers looked like they didn’t fit, and the tailored jacket made her appear several pounds heavier. Simply put, it was not one of her best moments.

Thankfully, Brooke got the shoes right. The actress finished the combo with sky-high ankle-strap ‘Jeanette’ pumps from Rupert Sanderson fashioned with a d’Orsay silhouette, pointy toes, and interesting details on the back. They are quite unlike most pumps you see in the stores.

We love the extra twist from those tiny straps on the back. They make an otherwise classic-looking pair surprisingly unique. Allow us to leave you with a few ankle-strap options that offer a little bit of extra:
