Nothing brings out cute warm-weather shoes like a summer-themed party! Plenty of celebrities flocked to the red carpet of the CW, CBS, and Showtime 2013 Summer TCA Party held Monday in Los Angeles.

“Hart of Dixie” star Rachel Bilson looked young and fresh in a 3.1 Phillip Lim sleeveless dress featuring white, green, and blue sequins.
Rising to fame for her role as Summer Roberts in the hit TV series, The O.C., she is also known for her roles in other popular TV shows, such as Hart of Dixie, and has appeared in various films, including Jumper.

We must admit that we hate the outfit that “America’s Next Top Model” judge/host Tyra Banks picked for the event.
The wealthy supermodel arrived on the beige carpet in a knee-length black lace dress that showed off her cleavage.
She wore incredibly heavy eye makeup and dark hair in wild curls.

3. Sarah Michelle Gellar – 5ft 2 (157.5 cm)
Sarah Michelle Gellar, lead in the upcoming CBS sitcom, “The Crazy Ones,” wore a black silk-and-leather dress to the party.
It’s not the type you’d typically wear to a summer event, but she looked great anyway, and at least the dress was backless!

4. Rocsi Diaz – 5ft 1 ¾ (156.8 cm)
Although Entertainment Tonight’s weekend host Rocsi Diaz chose a relatively “heavy” look for the event — opting for a black dress with a leather jacket — she did let her heels stand out.

5. Lizzy Caplan – 5ft 4 (162.6 cm)
