Jessica Alba’s The Honest Company made a strong debut on Wall Street Wednesday after raising $413 million in its IPO.

The company’s shares soared nearly 44% in its stock market debut. It began trading at $21.22, above its $16 initial price per share. It peaked at $23.88 and closed at $23, giving Honest a $2.68 billion valuation.
“This is a monumental day for Honest as we officially become a public company. Now, more than ever, health and wellness have taken center stage. And looking back at 2020, I think we can all agree that in order to thrive, you need your health,” the wealthy entrepreneur said in an interview.

Jessica Alba reportedly owns more than 5.6 million shares in the company, which are now worth $130 million after going public on the Nasdaq.
And as the founder and chief creative officer of Honest Company, she will also receive a one-time $2.6 million dividend, a $700,000 base salary starting next year, annual restricted stock units valued at $1.5 million (up to $3 million in 2024), and an annual cash bonus worth half a million-dollar.
The Honey actress told Bloomberg TV: “I feel like I’m in a dream, to be honest. Wow. Is this really happening? I’m so grateful to our very loyal community. Thank you for bringing us into your home. Thank you for trusting us with your most precious people, your little people.”

The Honest Company launched in 2012 as a consumer goods company that specializes in eco-friendly baby products, such as diapers and baby wipes, as well as household and beauty products.
To celebrate the big day, the Dark Angel actress and her The Honest Company team rang the Nasdaq Stock Market opening bell in New York City.

The mom-of-three was joined by her husband Cash Warren and their kids, Honor Marie, Haven Garner, and Hayes, who were all decked in green outfits.

Wearing the color of money and nature, Jessica opted for a Narciso Rodriguez emerald green suit, which included a long blazer and a pair of loose-fitting trousers.
She layered the look with a silky seafoam green blouse underneath, tucked into her pants.

To continue with the green theme of her look, Jessica carried her stuff in a Kelly green Nancy Gonzalez Lexi crocodile top handle bag, which you can buy for $3,650 at Saks Fifth Avenue.
And for her footwear, she wore a pair of custom green Giuseppe Zanotti “Betty” platform sandals.

Keeping things classy, the Never Been Kissed star accessorized with simple jewelry that included a pair of Ana Khouri Christina earrings, a dainty gold necklace, and bracelets.
She then glammed up with pink blush, pink lipstick, and bold brows and styled her dark brown tresses in waves with a side parting.
