In February 2022, Jennifer Lawrence gave birth to her first child with her husband, Cooke Maroney. They married in 2019 at the Belcourt of Newport mansion in Rhode Island.
The name of their first child, a son named Cy, is inspired by the postwar American painter Cy Twombly, one of Maroney’s favorite artists
How Jennifer and Cooke Met
Jennifer and Cooke met through their mutual friend, Laura Simpson, and started dating in 2018.
“I don’t know, I started with the basics: ‘How do I feel? Is he nice? Is he kind?’” Jennifer responded during a podcast interview with Catt Sadler when asked why she wanted to marry the New York-based art gallerist Cooke Maroney.
She added, “It’s just — this is the one, I know that sounds really stupid but he’s just, he’s — you know. He’s the greatest person I’ve ever met, so I feel very honored to become a Maroney.”

Jennifer’s Privacy During Pregnancy
Although the actress has been extremely private about her pregnancy, a representative confirmed in September 2021 that they were expecting their first child. The American actress talked about setting boundaries as she enters motherhood in an interview with Vanity Fair.
“If I was at a dinner party and somebody was like, ‘Oh my god, you’re expecting a baby,’ I wouldn’t be like, ‘God, I can’t talk about that. Get away from me, you psycho!’ But every instinct in my body wants to protect their privacy for the rest of their lives, as much as I can,” she said.
“I don’t want anyone to feel welcome into their existence. And I feel like that just starts with not including them in this part of my work.”
Jennifer Lawrence’s Glamorous Look in London

In December 2016, Jennifer Lawrence looked glamorous as she attended a photocall in London for her upcoming movie Passengers.
The then 26-year-old actress arrived at Claridge’s Hotel with her co-star Chris Pratt, who was equally fab in a suit and tan Oxfords.

Jennifer selected a printed dress in contrasting black and red colors from Proenza Schouler’s Spring 2017 collection. The mullet-style dress featured a ruffled hem, a waist-cinching velvet belt, modest long sleeves, and a high neck.

The “Hunger Games” star accessorized with safety pin earrings to add a hint of quirkiness to the look. She then pulled her hair back into a chic braided ponytail and wore subtle smoky eye shadow and pink lip gloss.

A pair of Christian Louboutin “Marchavekel” sandals completed Jennifer’s look.

These leather sandals feature knotted vamps, peep toes, buckled ankle straps, and about four-inch heels.
