Lupita Nyong’o came in with the breeze, looking stunning and graceful as ever, in three different outfits on separate events held on the same day. She garnered attention for her phenomenal performance in the critically acclaimed film ’12 Years a Slave’ and caught the eye of fashion industry heavyweights with her effortless and impeccable red carpet style. We recently saw her at the 2014 Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala in a beautiful Elie Saab dress and gorgeous heels from one of her favorite shoe labels, Christian Louboutin.
On January 11, Lupita fabulously dashed from one event to another with nary a fashion misstep. Check out the three stunning looks from the Kenyan actress and filmmaker:
1. Lupita Nyong’o in Peter Pilotto and Sophia Webster
At the 2014 Film Independent Spirit Awards Nominee Brunch, the gorgeous star was hard to miss in a clever combination of prints and colors from Peter Pilotto’s Resort 2014 collection. Her printed top and striped shorts exuded an effortlessly cool and chic vibe, which was perfect for the event. She carried a metallic clutch from Anya Hindmarch and sparkled in beautiful jewelry from W. Britt. Lupita finished off her look with white pumps from Sophia Webster, which toned down the bold prints and complemented her outfit.
