By now, most of you must have already seen the cover of V magazine’s March issue. If you haven’t (in which case, where have you been hiding?), the lady on V’s glossy spread this month is none other than Paris Hilton. In the issue, the socialite-turned-celebrity talks about her new stint as a DJ. Yes, Paris is now also a DJ — besides being a singer, a model, an actress, an author, a fashion designer, and a reality TV star (did we miss anything?).
As expected, the heiress bared some skin for the magazine’s editorial shots (taken by photographer Max Farago). She even flaunted her nipples in a see-through bra (see disco-ball pic below) and showcased her assets while scantily clad in designer threads.

We have to admit, the party princess looks quite stunning in every single picture that was taken. Of course, that would probably be of little interest to any of you. What’s worth checking out, however, are the accessories they included for the editorial. The shoes, in particular, were quite intriguing — such as the sleek white Mary Janes she donned with the disco ball and the red-bottom heels she wore with her boldly printed trousers (reportedly a pair of Christian Louboutin “Daffodile” pumps).

But the most exciting pair would have to be the strappy sandals she used when she posed with her pink Bentley in nothing but a sweater and undies (plus some fine fur). The shoes come with slim cutout heels and diamond-textured vamps that are unlike anything we’ve seen before.

Paris’ sandals are from Fendi’s Spring 2014 collection and are called the “Iridia Diamond.” The shoes feature unique lacquered and artfully sculpted heels, multiple leather straps that wrap around the feet and ankles, and vamps that are crafted from diamond-textured PVC for that futuristic feel. Below is a closer view. These strappies actually look even better up close:
The cutout-detailed heels on the Iridia are about 4 inches tall, so they are quite manageable to walk in. The faceted design at the toes and the multiple thin straps make these shoes the perfect heels to pair with your party outfits. You can grab the Iridia in other colors, too, from asphalt to purple, but Paris’ white pair can only be purchased online via Nordstrom (they retail at $995). Do you think they’re worth it? Will you grab a pair?
Speaking of Paris, unlike her magazine cover, the socialite was spotted looking all covered up while grabbing some lunch at a delicatessen in Beverly Hills last week. She was all mod and businesslike in a black-and-white long-sleeved wrap dress (from Diane von Furstenberg) paired with black tights and black pumps from Alaia. Despite the colorless outfit, however, she looked every bit like a Barbie doll.
Are you a fan of Paris’ off-the-red-carpet style?
