Twenty years after releasing her eponymous debut album, Ashanti finally has her name chiseled on a star on the infamous Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The 41-year-old singer was presented with the 2,718th star, dedicated in the category of Recording, on Thursday.

“It’s surreal,” the Foolish hitmaker told Billboard. “I’m shocked, stunned, and over the top grateful. This is a staple in my career and the fact that it will be here forever is a big deal.”
“I’m grateful to the [Hollywood Chamber of Commerce] for doing this because as artists, we put so much into it, so many sacrifices, so to feel like we’re being rewarded with something that [lasts] forever is an honor.”

For the occasion, the singer/actress looked like a million dollars, serving a strong white power suit from Alexander McQueen.
Flaunting her curvy figure, Ashanti wore a pair of form-fitting white trousers with a matching low-cut single-breasted fitted blazer that put her cleavage on full display.

The Army Wives star drew further attention to her boobs by layering several XIVKarats necklaces around her neck, selected by stylist Tim B. She wore two emerald and diamond necklaces along with a sapphire and emerald pendant necklace.
She also added some matching rings to the look as well as a pair of emerald and diamond earrings from the same Beverly Hills jewelry store.

Keeping a coordinated look, makeup artist Erika La’ Pearl applied glittery green eyeshadow to Ashanti’s lids. She also added Tatti Lashes’ fluffy TL3 mink lashes for a hint of drama.
Meanwhile, celebrity hairstylist Kalief Wolfe parted Ashanti’s long raven tresses on one side and tied them into a sleek low ponytail.

To complete her stunning head-to-toe white look, the Rock wit U singer slipped her feet into Gianvito Rossi’s “Montecarlo” sandals that you can buy in many colors at Farfetch.

Her heels from the popular women’s shoe designer are made from suede and white calf leather and feature tubular straps that are studded with light-catching crystals. They also have open pointed toes and ankle ties, set atop 4-inch heels.
