The Hilton heiress presented her former nanny with the Reality Royalty Lifetime Achievement award, saying Bethenny “is the kind of woman who makes you crack up laughing, isn’t afraid to get deep, and is fiercely loyal unless you cross her.”
“She’s also an incredibly successful entrepreneur and a philanthropist with a huge heart, who always looks for ways to share her good fortune with others. She once said, ‘You cannot show only the petals and not the thorns. It’s not fair to them.’ So, Bethenny, it’s time for us to give you your flowers, thorns and all.”

The 51-year-old actress then took to the stage to receive her Golden Popcorn and told Hilton, “You and I are OGs in this genre. And as you know, not everybody fits in the bad bitch genre. It’s a genre.”
She then recalled the time she spent with Paris, saying: “This is full circle. I took care of Paris when she was barely out of diapers.” “This is actually the announcement for our new reality show where Paris changes my diapers. It’s called That’s Not Hot,” she joked.

The Real Housewives of New York City star later thanked MTV, the audience, as well as her daughter Bryn and partner Paul Bernon for their support. She credited reality TV for serving as “a platform to authentically be myself, be honest about my flaws, my struggles being broken, along and with no safety net, a place to mention it all.”
To conclude her speech, Frankel reminded her fans to “make good choices” and “play the long game.”
“We have to play checkers every day, but this whole ride is one gigantic chessboard; choose your moves wisely. And don’t go for the low-hanging fruit. The shiniest apple is sitting at the top. This is all a dream. You all go for yours.”
For the event, the Bethenny Ever After star showcased plenty of flesh in a plunging red mini dress from Oscar de la Renta’s Fall 2022 collection.
The scarlet sleeveless cocktail dress is made of satin and features rosette accents, a cleavage-baring low-cut neckline, and a bell-shaped mini skirt that put her slender legs on full display.

Adding sparkles to her sultry look, the Skinnygirl founder styled with diamond jewelry, including a pair of drop earrings, a pendant necklace, a ring, and bracelets.
Hairstylist Philip Carreon coiffed her tresses into a bun with loose wavy strands framing her face, while makeup artist Carlene K coordinated her look with glittery rosy eyeshadow and matching lip gloss.

To complete her head-to-toe red ensemble, Bethenny slipped her red pedicured feet into a pair of Sophia Webster “Chiara” sandals, inspired by the ‘Red Peacock’ butterfly.

Aside from the iconic butterfly heel accent, the popular women’s shoe label incorporated the Red Peacock’s eyespots pattern with a hint of tiger print on the counter. It’s finished with a delicate ankle strap and a 4-inch heel.

Bethenny was joined on the red carpet by her 12-year-old daughter, Bryn, whom she shares with pharmaceutical sales executive Jason Hoppy.
The pre-teen contrasted her mom in a hot pink chiffon strapless mini dress, which she paired with pink lace-up sandals and a matching clutch.
