You will never guess what Heidi Klum dressed up as for this year’s Halloween!

She dressed up in the most random but brilliant costume ever – a giant worm. Yes, you read that right. The Victoria’s Secret model was a rain worm for Halloween.

We’ve seen the most elaborate costumes from Heidi every Halloween from dressing up as Princess Fiona from Shrek to embodying the werewolf in Michael Jackson’s Thriller music video.
At one point, she was a colorful butterfly, and then she was a creepy alien. Heidi stunned both dressed as Cleopatra and Jessica Rabbit and shocked everyone by showing up as a geriatric version of herself in 2013.

So, it’s about time that she dressed up as something so random that it’s absolutely fantastic.
The America’s Got Talent judge shared hints about her costume all over on Instagram and then did a big reveal.

She told Vogue that it took two years to come up with a concept for her costume. “I like to do something unexpected, so I tried to think of a costume that is super absurd, but also very familiar.”
Heidi added, “Because it’s Halloween, you need the creepy factor, also a bit gross and disgusting.”
So she enlisted the help of her go-to Halloween glam squad – makeup artist Mike Marino and his Prosthetic Renaissance team. “No matter how crazy my ideas are, Mike brings them to life.”

Heidi Klum is always committed to every role, and she even did interviews while lying on the ground to keep up with the theme.
USA Today reported that Heidi just “wanted to think outside the box and do something different and I thought we all know a rain worm.”

Her husband Tom sweetly said that his “favorite part of her costume is that [he’s] a part of it.” He added that Heidi “comes up with amazing stuff. Her idea was the worm so I was like, ‘What can I do?’”

Daughter Leni Klum luckily did not miss all the fun as she made her debut at her mom’s very own Halloween bash. The 18-year-old was dressed up as Catwoman and was photographed affectionately giving her mom a kiss on the cheek.

“It’s my first time, I’m so excited!” Leni told Entertainment Tonight. “I’m, like, shaking, I’m so excited! I’ve been begging to come for years. So here I am, I’m Catwoman.”
As for her choice of costume, she said that she was Catwoman the previous year “and it was a very last-minute thing. I got my costume the morning of Halloween. So I thought I should redo it and step it up a bit.”

Leni spoke to ET before the big unveiling of her mom’s Halloween costume, so she hadn’t even seen it yet. “I don’t know how she does it… I mean it is a lot of work and she’s been doing it for years.”
She added, “It’s wild! I’m so proud of her, and I’m so excited for you guys to see what she is!”
