Now streaming on Peacock, Wolf Like Me, according to Isla Fisher, is “just a metaphor for the baggage that we bring into relationships.” “This story is a love story between marrying Gary (Josh Gad) and his daughter [Emma], and it really is just a genre-bending, very cool, odd bit of material that everybody just loves,” she told Today.
“This second series is definitely, it’s a bigger world now. They have more obstacles. Someone in Mary’s past comes back. And yeah, it’s a ticking clock. The cops are chasing us. It’s just a really fun ride this season.”

1. Giving Fall Vibes in Green Trousers and Orange Velvet Heels
Isla Fisher looked radiant for her appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show on Wednesday, wearing popular fall colors like orange heels and olive pants.
She wore the bright olive wide-leg trousers by ME+EM, a luxury British label that uses innovative and practical design expertise to produce flattering and functional womenswear clothing.
Fisher’s $385 trousers had several pleats, a high waist with a self-tie belt, and a flattering wide-leg silhouette. They were made of airy, light wool tailoring fabric in Bright Olive Mouliné.
The children’s book author paired her striking green pants with a crisp white button-up shirt worn underneath a beige knit vest with a pink back section and a brown-trimmed plunging neckline.

The Confessions of a Shopaholic star was seen wearing a long brown wool coat outside the studio to stay warm.
She also wore the $20 brown Lurex ribbed Socks from Sezane to keep her toes toasty before putting on the camel velvet “Sidonie” sandals from the same Parisian brand.
These $265 sandals are made in Spain from plush velvet with pleating for added texture. They also came with crisscross front straps, a T-strap, and an ankle strap with light gold-finished brass buckle fastening.
The sandals’ 0.8-inch platforms and 4.5-inch block heels helped boost Fisher’s relatively short height.

Fisher was styled by Micah Marcus, who added a few rings and multiple earrings to complete her stunning look.
Charlotte Willer gave Sacha Baron Cohen’s wife a glowing makeup look with rosy blush and pink lips. Her lovely brown eyes were emphasized with mascara and subtle eyeshadow.

The next day, Fisher looked the epitome of feminine glamour when she visited the Today Show studios in a navy floral dress and red heels.
She exuded sophistication in the pretty midi dress by Monique Lhuillier, featuring pink flowers printed against a navy silk faille. It had a modest round neck, quarter sleeves with chic puff shoulders, and a flattering silhouette, accentuating her slim figure with its natural waist seam.
Micah Marcus styled the actress with minimal jewelry to maintain a sophisticated look. He accessorized her with a ring and a set of sparkling hoop earrings by Nick Horey, a bicoastal designer based in Malibu and New York.

Isla complemented her charming dress with red “Uptown” heels by Christian Louboutin, fastened to her ankles with a thin buckled ankle strap. The low-cut vamps and pointed toes of these pumps showed off her toe cleavage, while the thin stiletto heels gave her 5’2″ height an instant boost.

3. Flirty in Navy Mini Dress and Classic Pumps
Isla switched up her look and wore a flirty outfit for her appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers later that day.
She put on a busty display in a navy minidress from Toronto-based womenswear label Greta Constantine, renowned for creating effortlessly elegant and modern dresses and separates for the sophisticated woman.
Originating from the brand’s Resort 2023 collection, Isla’s revealing mini featured puff shoulders and a plunging neckline that gave onlookers an eye of her cleavage. The center featured a large floral applique placed slightly below the neckline, while the thigh-skimming hem was adorned with an asymmetrical ruffled fringe.

Isla added a pair of black Wolford tights to the daring look, finished with classic black stiletto heels.
She opted for the $550 “Perfect” pumps by Sarah Flint, featuring a classic pump silhouette made of black suede with pointed toes and 3-inch steel rod stiletto heels. They also have comfort-driven features like anatomical arch support and extra footbed padding.
Outside the studio, Isla wore a black coat with thick fur trims at the hem and a black-and-white polka-dot lining. Giving her flirty black look some sparkles, she accessorized with rings and a pair of dangling gold earrings.
