Wearing a black and silver open-back polka dot jumpsuit from Swedish teen retailer H&M, Hailee Steinfeld did not impress the fashion critics at last week’s 2021 The Fashion Awards held at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.

Best known for her hit songs “Starving” and “Let Me Go,” her fashion choice for the event was met with mixed reviews. Joined on the red carpet by Gabrielle Union, Hailee paired her H&M sequin jumpsuit with Boucheron jewelry.
The embellished catsuit was crafted with 95% recycled polyester and embellished using Resortecs dissolvable thread. It featured a high neck, long sleeves, and a belted waist with a tie.

She paired the look with Christian Louboutin’s popular black patent leather So Kate pumps, straight long hair parted in the center, and minimal jewelry with simple rings and earrings.

The Barely Lethal actress is typically known for her chic style that is often edgy or elegant, depending on the occasion.
While this particular look is not our favorite of the young singer/actress, we always appreciate her confidence and willingness to look different from the crowd.

In April 2016, Hailee Steinfeld traded her typically quirky and edgy style for a more glammed-up look at the Radio Disney Music Awards held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

The then 19-year-old actress kept things classy in a little black dress from Michael Kors’ Pre-Fall 2016 collection.
She looked chic and sophisticated in the demure number, which had short sleeves, a crew neckline, and a bejeweled hem.

Hailee skipped the accessories and allowed the sparkling jewels on her LBD to shine.

She teamed the frock with a pair of black platform sandals and rounded out the look with voluminous waves and flawless makeup.

Hailee’s sandals added several inches to her height. She picked Brian Atwood’s “Anais” sandals, which feature low-dipped vamps, peep toes, buckled halter ankle straps, 3.5-inch platforms, and six-inch towering heels.

Unfortunately, these sandals are already sold out.
