Nicky Hilton, a socialite and fashion mogul, was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills wearing the celebrity-loved “Suzanne” booties from Chloe. She opted for a casual but cute look by pairing the booties with a black-and-red buffalo plaid shirt, a dark gray skirt, and a big black leather bag. She topped her ensemble off with black sunnies and loose straight hair.
