Founded in 1976 by King Charles III, the charity continues its mission to empower disadvantaged youth and open doors to brighter futures. And while the monarch himself and longtime global ambassador Lionel Richie were absent, the 2023 gala still sparkled with Hollywood and fashion-world heavyweights — raising over $1.7 million in the process.
From Kate Moss’s timeless satin elegance to Sienna Miller’s crystal-dusted Louboutin heels and Doja Cat’s platform-powered punk edge, the evening was a masterclass in red carpet dressing. Here’s a look back at the most unforgettable style moments from the night.
1. Bold in Neon: Kate Beckinsale in Georges Chakra with Sky-High Heels
Kate Beckinsale was impossible to ignore as she stepped out in a bizarre neon green gown from Georges Chakra’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
Revealing just a hint of skin, her extravagant ensemble featured a figure-hugging sheer dress embellished with sparkling, floral rhinestone appliques, thoughtfully positioned to preserve her modesty.

As if the exquisite design weren’t complex enough, Kate paired the elaborate gown with over-the-top, tiered, ruffled tulle coat sleeves in the same lime green hue, which extended to the floor like a dramatic train.
While allowing the statement dress to take center stage, the Underworld actress kept the rest of her look understated. She accessorized with sparkling diamond drop earrings and several rings on her coordinating green manicured hands.
She then pulled her tresses into a chic updo, styled with a black bow, and wore fluttery eyelashes, flushed cheeks, and pink lip gloss.

2. Old Hollywood Bride: Rita Ora’s Richard Quinn Gown & Satin Opera Gloves
Prince Trust global ambassador Rita Ora performed her newly released single, “Praising You,” live for the first time at the gala.
“I performed with the Prince’s Trust back in 2016, and I’m so happy to be back and to see the results and meeting with all the winners. It’s everything that I believe in. The Prince’s Trust has done so much work for kids, and not just for kids but for anyone who has unfortunate circumstances.”
Before taking the stage, the 32-year-old singer graced the red carpet in a hot white look by London-based fashion designer Richard Quinn.

Ora, who married filmmaker Taika Waititi last year, channeled Old Hollywood bride in the Fall 2023 ivory satin dress that boasted a corset bodice with a plunging V-neckline and a ribbed cone-shaped bust.
The gown came with matching opera gloves, and stylist Pippa Atkinson further glammed up Ora’s retro look with a dazzling tennis necklace by Richie Rich NY, a pair of diamond stud earrings, and a huge diamond ring.
Continuing with her look’s vintage theme, the Fifty Shades of Grey star wore her hair in a voluminous high bun with curled sideburns framing her face.
She then had her makeup done by Charlotte Tilbury, who gave her a soft nude look using the Beautiful Skin Foundation, Hollywood Flawless Eye Filter in Diva Lights, and Lip Cheat with Matte Revolution Lipstick.

3. Timeless Black: Kate Moss’s Satin Gown & Strappy Heels
Kate Moss looked the epitome of effortless elegance in a form-fitting black satin dress that perfectly hugged every inch of her model curves.
The modest floor-sweeping gown featured ruched cap sleeves, an elegantly draped cowl neck at the front, and a sexy scooped-back design that gave the overall look a hint of a flirty vibe.

The 49-year-old supermodel complemented the monochromatic black outfit with a dazzling diamond necklace and a stack of diamond bracelets and rings selected by stylist James Brown.
She slipped her pedicured feet into classic black strappy heels and carried a coordinating black satin clutch adorned with glistening crystals.
Sam McKnight styled Kate’s blonde hair into face-framing beach waves, and Charlotte Tilbury applied her makeup, giving her kohl-rimmed eyes, smoky eyeshadow, and nude lip color.

4. Sheer Perfection: Sienna Miller’s Embellished Fendi & Louboutin Heels
All eyes were on Sienna Miller as she showed up at the Cipriani South Street in a completely sheer gown from Fendi’s Spring 2023 Couture collection.
Designed by the house’s artistic director, Kim Jones, the gorgeous naked dress had delicate shoulder straps and glittering crystal embellishments arranged in a beautiful floral pattern. It came with a lavender organdie cape that gave the glittering slip an ethereal feel.
For some coverage, the 41-year-old actress wore a nude-colored bralette top and contrasting white underwear, which was clearly visible from underneath the see-through number.

A pair of Christian Louboutin embellished heels completed Miller’s breathtaking ensemble.
Miller went bareneck to allow her daring dress to do the talking and styled her already impressive look with just a pair of long diamond earrings by Boucheron.
The American Sniper star continued to stun with her effortless glam, featuring a tousled hairstyle, eyeliner, and rosy lipstick.

5. Punk Edge: Doja Cat’s Roberto Cavalli Crochet & Platform Mules
Before wowing fans with her eccentric cat look at the 2023 Met Gala, Doja Cat attended The Prince’s Trust Gala, showcasing her signature edgy style.
The Grammy winner gave onlookers quite an eyeful as she arrived in a black crochet-style mesh mini dress designed by Fausto Puglisi for Roberto Cavalli’s Fall 2023 collection.
Held together by strings and laces, the barely-there dress had revealing cutouts all over and was styled with two large DSquared2 belts. Underneath, Doja Cat wore matching black undergarments to protect her modesty.

She then paired the long-sleeved macro mini with zebra-printed mules set on thick platform soles and around 6-inch heels.
Styled by Brett Nelson, Doja Cat layered a selection of flashing diamond necklaces by Eric Mavani around her neck and added dangling earrings and chunky rings.
She wore her blonde buzzcut hairstyle and glammed up with mauve lipstick and dramatic cat eyeliner.

6. ’80s Punk Princess: Irina Shayk’s Vivienne Westwood Lace & Croc Boots
Irina Shayk looked almost unrecognizable as she unleashed her inner punk princess in a little black dress by the late Vivienne Westwood.
The tiny number, wrapped in gothic floral lace, showed off her bust. It had an asymmetrical strapless neckline and a thigh-grazing hem.
Highlighting her incredible model frame, the 37-year-old model expertly paired the look with black tights and exotic green crocodile platform boots.

Continuing with the 1980s aesthetic of the look, Harry Josh permed Shayk’s dark hair and styled it into a voluminous faux hawk with corkscrew tendrils sliding down her forehead.
She then wore a large pair of metal earrings and amped up the punk princess glamour with heavy-lined eyes, winged liner, and bold red lipstick.

7. Vintage Revival: Lori Harvey’s Georges Chakra Couture & Femme L.A. Heels
Lori Harvey made quite an entrance at this year’s Prince’s Trust Global Gala. She was outfitted in a striking gold ensemble from Georges Chakra’s Spring 2004 collection, which her stylist, Elly Karamoh, selected.
The archival ensemble featured a crisscross halter top with side and center cutouts that allowed her to show off her toned figure and luminous skin.
The delicate number also came with a sexy open-back design and a sheer floor-length skirt with a thigh-high slit on one side, revealing her alluring printed pants in marigold.

“Lori once again makes the dream feel real. Re-introducing this haute couture piece 19 years after its runway debut with new age sex appeal, femininity, and delicacy, taking away from its original runway vision and transforming it into a pop culture dream. This is what fashion is about to me,” Elly Karamoh said of Lori’s look.
The 26-year-old model kept the focus on her eye-catching outfit by ditching any ornate jewelry in favor of a tiny pair of diamond stud earrings.
She then carried an intricate gold Judith Leiber coin clutch and slid her pedicured feet into a minimalist pair of white Femme L.A. heels.
For her glam, Steve Harvey’s daughter wore glossy nude lipstick and rosy cheeks. Hairstylist Ray Christopher gave her an Old Hollywood curled bob with a deep side part.
