Like Sarah, Kiara Carrera comes from a privileged background on the Outer Banks, but she was recruited by the Pogue family long before the show happened. She is the voice of logic and humor among the Pogues.

Even though Jonathan Daviss’ Outer Banks character is a native North Carolinian, Jonathan was raised in the South. The actor is a native Texan who grew up and attended high school in Conroe. He and his family relocated to Los Angeles when he finished school so that he could establish an acting career.

7. Drew Starkey Height (6ft 1 ½ / 186.7 cm) as Rafe Cameron
Rafe Cameron, Sarah’s older brother and Ward’s son, is a dangerous and unstable man who is constantly acting aggressively and violently.

8. Carlacia Grant Height (5ft 6 / 167.6 cm) as Cleo
John B and Sarah’s encounter with Cleo occurred during Season 2 while hiding in the Bahamas. Cleo, who is street-smart and tough, joins the Pogues at the end of Season 2.

In an interview with Sheen magazine, Carlacia Grant said that she began her career in acting by participating in plays and pageants.
The American television actress said, “My parents, being West Indian, never considered being an actor a real career at first. Finally, my mom caved in after constantly begging her and agreeing to help me do it. We had a lot of challenges along the way, but it eventually worked out.”
